Cultural Analysis On Chinese IPR Protection Under TRIPs Agreement

Nowadays, knowledge economy has no longer been a new word to us and the IPR is obtaining more and more concern in the contemporary word, Therefore, almost every country is exerting money and effort in constructing and perfecting its IPR protecting system. However, not all of them have achieved the ideal effect. China, after30years of knee devotion, is still considered to be a market full of pirate products. While most experts and scholars focus on legislation, administration and economy, I choose to study the subject from the perspective of culture.The aim of this paper, by a cultural approach, is to research strategies for China to localize its intellectual property culture and then build the developing prospects of Chinese IPR protection system. It is conducted in the literature review method and countermeasure analysis method to conduct this study. Finally, it draws some conclusions that IP culture is considered as the accumulation and sublimation of the IPR protection. It can guide and improve the IPR protection operation.
