The Shanxi Tianzhen Dialect Word Research

Tian zhen located in the most northern part of shanxi province, it happens to thejunction of Shanxi, Hebei, Inner Mongolia provinces (autonomous regions). The townhas a long history, as early as the Neolithic Age human lived. The dialect of tianzhenbelongs to the series of datong and Baotou regions, however it has own unique,especial the vocabulary. The paper make research on the vocabulary of tianzhendialect based on village wenjiayao, and descript the historical evolution ofThe moretypical36dialect vocabulary, pronunciation, lexical meaning. The first reason of whywe choose tianzhen dialect to research is it’s the mother langue of author, andfurthermore it could complete the research on northern language of shanxi provinceresearch. As a result, the investigation of this paper has practical significance. We willanalyze36dialect words development from the view of history.The paper is comprised by three parts, first is introduction mainly about therelated research, object, significance, main problem and possible solution. Besides,we also introduce the survey sources and cooperators. Second part concludes theinvestigation results and then makes comparison, Analysis and comparison of ancientand modern usage of these words clearly sort out the historicaldevelopment of the36dialects the word, werebackdated to36words, pronunciation, and meaning in ancient literature, the use of thechange,and the modern Mandarincompare Historical development is relatively clear,with a typical36dialect words, we make detail analysis about the historicalevolvement of their pronunciation and usage, By compare them with thecorrespondence words in current mandarin；The third part,these36words, pronunciation changes, changes in the scope of usage of theterm, meaning the degree of severityof changes, emotional changes, itemchanges, changes in thevariation of the syllable form to summarize,, which summed up the overall trend ofthe day town of dialect words, and then to predict the future development of the daysthe town dialect.
