This study used a questionnaire survey, the use of item analysis, exploratory factoranalysis and confirmatory factor analysis of the statistical methods, self-cognitive engagementquestionnaire, behavior engagement questionnaire, and emotional engagement questionnaire.Reliability and validity of these questionnaires is good.300subjects are in.Using correlationanalysis, analysis of variance and other statistical techniques to analyze data.30subjects withlower engagement were interwented.Through the above analysis, conclusions are as follows:1.Self-questionnaires have high reliability and validity.They can be used as themeasurement tool of individual work engagement.2.Charismatic leadership behavior is one of the factors of the individual workengagement level. Subjects with charismatic leadership behavior and subjects withoutcharismatic leadership behavior have different scores in the three questionnaires.Overall levelof work engagement, cognitive engagement score, emotional engagement score, behaviorengagement score,and each dimension are different.The formeris higher than the latter, andthe difference is significant.3.The individual’s perception of charismatic leadership behavior is one of the factors ofindividual levels of work engagement. Subjects with the higher perception and subjects withthe lower perception have different scores in the three questionnaires.Overall level of workengagement, cognitive engagement score, emotional engagement score, behavior engagementscore,and each dimension are different.The formeris higher than the latter, and the differenceis significant.4.Add the intervention of the "charismatic leadership behavior" to the subjects with thelower work engagement.The pretest and posttest are different. Overall level of workengagement, cognitive engagement score, emotional engagement score, behavior engagementscore,and each dimension are different.The pretest scores are higher than the pretest scores,and the difference is significant.Indicating the charismatic leadership behavior caneffectively improve the individual work engagement.It can be carried out in the work situationas a new individual motivate ways.Combined with the conclusions of this study, this study put forward recommendations toimprove the work engagement level for institutions and individuals.
