This research selected in recent years, the hot cartoon《Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf》as the object,analysis of two kindergarten in Changchun City,160children age3-6years oldand agree on the role of the cartoon 《Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf》.In the survey, the onehand, from early childhood cognitive development of psychological characteristics,understanding of early childhood cartoon character design in compliance with early childhoodcognitive and psychological characteristics; The other hand, identity interview for children towatch cartoons in the role. In the interview, and from the length of viewing time, age and sexthree aspects to analysis of the role of identity. The survey results and analysis show that:1.The cartoon characters designed to meet the early childhood cognitive andpsychological characteristics, specific performance in four areas:(1)Perception of the role ofemotions, reflect the child emotional susceptibility. That children can better identify andunderstand their to observe intuitive to understand the role emotions andempathize,(2)Identify the role behavior, reflect the child care intuitive surface, that child careis easy to identify the role they like behavior, and prone to infection, issued by the behavior ofthese roles,(3)Understanding the role of the target, reflect the children imitative, that is thepurpose of child care to be achieved in accordance with the role they like to choose to imitatethe object,(4)Into the role of situational, reflect the children to imagine, children to think ofmyself as a particular favorite character in the animated films.2. Children agree that there are some differences for the role in the animated, specificperformance:(1) The degree of recognition of the role by the length of viewing time, childrenwho repeatedly watch the film, the degree of recognition of the characters in the film than towatch a short time child care,(2) Degree of recognition of the role of different age children inthe cartoon. The degree of recognition of the role of children4-5years old for the film ishigher than the3-year-old and6-year-old children,(3)From a gender point of view, the boysprefer the role of skilled and brave animation, while girls tend to like a good and gentle role,therefore, the recognition of film roles, Young children of different gender to reflect thedifferent tendencies.
