"The man-machine dialogue" is a computer mode of work, namely the work between the user and the computer functions through the console or terminal display screen in a conversation manner. Distance education is a typical process of "the man-machine dialogue". Users get information, through terminal computer screen to achieve the effect of the distance education. When users browse the information, the information distribution, the auxiliary tool button design and background colors can influence the effect of users’browse, interest and acceptance. Thus in the distance education, the design of the user interface has become a crucial link.A subject can not entirely rely on reasoning, in particular like highly applied art design, only with designers’personal experience and intuitive perception, it’s very difficult to be praiseworthy. With the development of computer technology, many psychologists and designers begin to use eye movement method to study the rules of human psychological activities, and based on the human psychology changes, design more human products to meet the needs in people’s life. The application of eye movement methods will not inevitably be separated from the eye tracker. With the eye tracker, in the test, the information about the duration, number and order of the subjects’ gazing at the targets can be obtained and then be processed and analyzed. This paper, on the basis of psychology and design, explored the Tibetan and Chinese distance education user interface design with the research method of combining experiments with the theory. Meanwhile, through the analysis of Tibetan and Chinese distance education user interface framework design, background colors and operating button layout, the thesis illustrated how to make the learners in the learning process to the greatest extent receive the information displayed on the computer screen.It was found from the experiments that the first movement of the eyes focused on the upper left corner of the page. In the process of browsing, learners were used to the order from top to bottom from left to right. During designing the user interface, learners’such habit should be maintained. Background color changes can also affect learners’acceptance of learning content, for example, the contrast light and black and white effect can greatly reduce the learners’attention to the content; contrast colors can also change the learners’interest in the content, so the tone change is also an important concern in the interface design.
