Folklore in a country or nation created by the general public, shared and inherited culture of life. In teaching Chinese as a foreign language, no matter the language skills teaching and culture teaching are inseparable from the folk, which affects the communication between people. Therefore, the folk custom in the teaching Chinese as a foreign language, is an important part in Chinese as a foreign language, by folk interest to guide students learning Chinese, understand Chinese traditional culture is feasible. In this paper, absorbing the previous research results, hope from the folk culture point of view, a breakthrough in teaching Chinese as a foreign language cultural teaching difficulties.The students of folklore and language skills of interest will combine the implementation of teaching, by means of theoretical analysis, investigation and interview, deductive and inductive method, trying to Chinese folk interest teaching for further research. Through the investigation of students to the folk custom culture interest differences, on the communication customs, taboos, diet custom, Chinese students are not given adequate attention folk elements, foreign students are showing interest in; in foreign students are most interested in Chinese folk culture in the folk culture; Chinese students think that the students the most importance should be attached to the folk elements in students, there has not been welcome.This paper holds that language teaching "culture" breach is the folk custom culture introduction, at the same time the use of folk interest caused the students language skills and cultural fusion part of specific teaching methods:the use of interest to folk and voice, vocabulary, grammar, and pragmatics together, in the initial stage of formation of both language and folklore cultural learning, and make the language skills to understand the background of well-known folk, folk, and understanding of folk culture; in the advanced class is necessary for folk culture of specialized teaching. Let the folk image and language skills improved supplement each other, promote each other.This paper choose the folklore teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language as a breakthrough point, take it as observed in Chinese culture, is a very practical and very meaningful choices, it is conducive to the promotion of culture teaching, break through the difficulties of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. In summary, choose the folklore teaching as breach in teaching Chinese as a foreign language is very useful.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part discusses the folk and teaching Chinese as a foreign language relationship. The second part discusses the interest in language learning theory. The third part tells the investigation report that can be used by students of folk interest implementation language teaching results, and a set of typical Chinese textbooks analysis of folk custom integration. The fourth part explores the use of student of folklore deep interest integration of language skills and the folk custom culture of specific teaching methods.
