Research Of Prevention For College Students’Extreme Psychological Risk Events

"United Nations experts predicted that from now to the middle of the21st century, there is no disaster which can bring people continuing and profound anguish like psychological crisis". Since the reform of opening up, China has made great achievements in economic construction and social development. The increased levels of substances, the acceleration of the pace of living, the prominence of market competition and the idea of value differentiation, all these pressure and challenges always impact people’s body and mind. The contemporary students who grew up with the social transition have gradually faded their initial of superior and glory. As a member of the society, they have to face the multiple realities, at the same time; they are still in the critical formative period of Outlook on World, Life and Values. Their Physical and mental development is not balanced and their cognition, emotion, wills and acts are still not stable and mature. Faced with the complex noise of the outside world and the increasingly harsh reality environment, college students are bound to experience a "wind showers" psychological process and then to be mature. However, not all the students can spend this confused and helpless stage smoothly. Parts of college students sink in the moss of psychological crisis under the external pressures and internal contradictions. It is easy to break out the extreme psychological risk events in a serious imbalance of its psychological state, which can bring physical and mental injury to themselves and others, cause irreversible damage. From the perspective of ideological and political educators, this article regards extremes of psychological risk of college students as the subject investigated, combined realization, discuss the influences factors on the extreme mental crisis events, proposes prevention measure to provide theoretical support and practical reference for colleges and universities to develop prevention programs of psychological risk events.Apart from the introduction and conclusion, the full-text is composed of three parts:The first part is the definition of extremes psychological risk of college students and present situation analysis. To make clear definition of "mental crisis","extreme psychological crisis","extreme mental crisis events" and other concepts, to clear the object of this article and the scope of the study for further. Making simple statistics of materials related to event network data, reflecting the overall situation to a certain extent; making deep analysis of selected real case, and making further summary on this basis that the features of college students’extreme mental crisis events:latent sexuality, accessibility, emergencies, and complexity.The second part is analysis of influencing factors of college students’extreme mental crisis. To explore event’s roots of community, schools, family in the macro perspective. Social values of diversity, the pressure of increased competition, misled the media will have an impact on college students’psychological. In addition, school lacks attention of quality-oriented education, exists misunderstanding of the student management, not yet form perfect prevention mechanism for events, and the deficiency of the family education ideas, rearing, and family environment, all these factors may arise psychological risk events. From the micro-perspective, to analyze influencing factors of psychological stress of college students, for example, competition for jobs, academic pressure, economic conditions, relationships, emotional disturbance and so on. As well as the predisposing factors of Psychological Risk Events, for example, Self-same crisis, cognitive deviation, negative emotional disturbance and negative coping style.The third part is the prevention measures of the Psychological Risk Events. This part is the focus of this article. The prevention can start from the universal and purposefulness. Universal prevention is to strive to create a secure environment and good atmosphere for students, to establish life-education, mental health education, moral and legal education,"The Trinity" prevention education system; to perfect society, schools, and families "three parties work together to" social support system, to help students to form psychological basis to resist risk and fight the crisis. Facing the realities that college student extreme mental crisis events reoccur, schools must carry out purposive preventive work:to establish university student’s mental files, open early-warning crisis network, improve the crisis intervention team, focus on high-risk groups, develop emergency plans, and refine late intervention mechanism.There is no doubt that psychological risk events of college students are the pain of the education and harmonious society. Prevention work for college students’ psychological risk events has an active role and important meaning for promoting college students’ overall healthy growth, maintaining harmony campus and social stability.
