This paper will analyze all the difficult points in translating The Story of Yeh Yun and offer some tentative translation strategies, focusing on how to recapture the original language style through narration and dialogues and how to reproduce in the receptor language the closest natural equivalent of the source language message in terms of meaning, logic and style.
