As a kind of special language phenomenon in Chinese, the Separablewords has become the key and difficult points in teaching Chinese as aforeign language for its unique features that it can be used like a whole ora separable word. However, now the academic researches on separablewords are not sufficient. Especially in the aspect of teaching Chinese as aforeign language, because of the shortage of the analysis on the separableword itself, as well as the insufficient of the teaching theory and practice,separable word has become more and more difficult in teaching Chineseas a foreign language. The teachers and students have no theory todepend on. As a result Students has a low learning efficiency and a lot oferrors when they use them. To say the least, searching a sufficientteaching method in teaching separable word looms ahead.In order to enhance the teaching efficient in separable word, thispaper will start from the analysis on separable word, analysis the natureand feature, conclude the questions about the achievements on the separable word analysis. Through the analysis of the types of errors,analyzing the reasons of the errors, and ultimately to find some new ideasto help the separable words teaching.Although there still has controversial about the separable word onacademic circles, we can use any of the theory to support the separableword teaching, such as, someone consider that separable word is a wordwhen it won’t separate but a phrase when it separated. This kind of viewwill easy for the foreign students, so we should make use of it.Somehow, in order to enhance the separable word teaching efficient,decrease the number of the errors. We should analysis the errors whichhad been made out by the foreign students. These papers will analysis thefour kinds of the errors. The errors when separable word plus theobjectives; the errors when it comes out with the Auxiliary word; theerrors when it used as the overlap style and the flip style. Explore thereason for the errors. Through the analysis, the students ‘feelings of therejection; mother language’s negative transfer; second language’s Rulegeneralization and also the objective affection during the teaching activitywere all will be the reasons for the errors. So, if we want to enhance the teaching efficiency, we could solve the problem from the six ways asbelow:1.strengthen the study on the subject of the separable word;2.Analysis the learning psychology;3.Get away from the examination-oriented education;4.Improve the teaching efficiency;5.Flexible the theory;6.Combine the vocabulary teaching and the grammar teaching.Of course, any good method needs to be practice rightly, teachingChinese as a foreign language must try to find a way which could letstudents make less error constantly under the theories which has beenachieved in a short time, so we can managed to enhance the efficiency inteaching Chinese as a foreign language.
