"Zouzhi’is an ancient graduation ceremony of "apprenticeship" which has been preserved in the Hunan Lengshuijiang region. The new admitted apprenticeship, will ask for the permission for the three realms of the gods, ancestors and neighbors under the leadership of Master and peers, and acquiring the power and diploma of communicating the Ying and Yang, after that the apprentice will be washed away from the profane and can be independent portal as well as to be the official master and recruit students. In this article, it recorded the Zouzhi ceremony of8new apprentices in Yangyuan Village. During the four-day of ceremony, all the items and projects recorded in books were revealed including those of not showing nearly for two decades. The music presented in the ritual includes opera, instrumental music, dance, Nuo opera, and vaudeville. The article will portrait the ritual process sounds Realm of description and analysis the ritual music, explores the music form, as well as concerned about the survival of the new altar disciples to explore the psychological kind of state-and-outs post identity change.
