My View On Singing And Selfcultivation

Human voice is the most attractive and powerful sound in this planet. Among the sounds of all creatures, only human voice which is vital can touch our hearts.Singing can be treated as a pyramid, self-cultivation which includes culture, art and comprehensive cultivation is the base of the pyramid. It’s well known that singing depends on culture and knowledge.Vocal training never stops in China, especially recently more and more young singers have acquired reputation both domestically and internationally. Their success is based on not only their sound singing technique but also their self-cultivation. How to combine singing technique and self-cultivation is the life-long practice of all vocal learners.This dissertation introduces some opinions on how to build self-cultivation from many Chinese and foreign artists, and also expresses personal opinion of the author. This article is extremely important for the author for it provides a good opportunity to learn how to build self-cultivation. The author hopes this article can be helpful for peers.
