Empirical Research Of Ethical Responsibility Of The Construction Industry Engineers

In the modern Constructional Engineering, the engineers are surrounded byresponsibility. As a law-abiding citizen and a founder which build an engineering thathas a safety control, the engineers of Construction Tradesmust observe the dominantconstraints of the thelegal liability,as well as they must observe the recessive constraintsof the ethical responsibility. The ethical responsibility is not only the "compass" ofengineer’s behavior, but also has animportant ethics influence on guidance in thechange of human social. So theconstruction industry is the ethical responsibility ofengineers structures, can make the engineers in the process of change the objectiveworld of their own contacts to the ethical responsibility problems have more clearunderstanding and the understanding, can better use of the knowledge of the ethicscontentfor his own behavior constraints.This study is exploratory empirical research. Firstly, inducing the researchachievements of the ethical responsibility of engineers which the previous scholarshave been researching, through clearing up the current research statusof domestic andforeign scholars, dividing the construction industry engineer’s sethical responsibilityinto three aspects of natural responsibility, social respons-ibility and the responsibility.Secondly,surveing and analysing the situation awareness of the constructionindustryengineer’s ethical responsibility, and then building the “research strucyure’squestionnaire of the construction industry engineer’s ethical responsi-bility”, throughsurveing the construction industry engineer, checking the questionnaire,therebyfinding out the research structure of construction industry engineer’s ethicalresponsibility.Thirdly, choosing three indexes in the demoqraphic variable of age, working age and education degree with construction industry engineer’s ethicalresponsibility todo the correlation studies, objective to investigate the correla-tion between them.Finally, basing on the above results, this research put forward relatedpolicysuggestions in perfecting rules and system, establishing the construction industryengineers ethics standards,perfecting the construction industry enginee-rs ethicalresponsibility supervision system, and strengthening the ethical responsibility education.So as to improve the construction industry engineers for their own ethical responsibilityof cognitive and abide by consciousness.
