The southern Liaoning Province in this paper includes the south of LiaoRiver,the western Qianshan and southern Liaodong Peninsula.This region liesbetween Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea.It lies to the north of ShandongPeninsula,and lies on the south of Northeast China.This region mainly includesLiaoyang,Yingkou,Anshan and Dalian.The southern Liaoning Province wasannexed by Liaodong Prefecture during the Han Dynasty.The study attempts todrawing lessons from the foundation that present domestic and internationalresearch results, probe into the excavations of the Han Dynasty in southernLiaoning Province.This article is a study of the material and the culture of the Han Dynasty insouthern Liaoning Province. This study is based on the research of the literature,the latest Archaeological excavation results, and the founding of the city sites,ruins and the unearthed culture relics from tombs of the Han Dynasty. Throughanalyzing and studying of the material and the culture of the Han Dynasty insouthern Liaoning Province.The discussion includes the economic status, thelevel of social development, and the status of social consciousness of the Han Dynasty in southern Liaoning Province. Based on the study of the material andthe culture of the Han Dynasty in southern Liaoning Province, it will find outthe reasons of why the productive force grew quickly, the economy wereprosperous, and culture were highly developed in the Han Dynasty. This articlewill provide a historical reference for building a harmonious society.The southern Liaoning Province was annexed by Liaodong Prefectureduring the Han Dynasty,The contact between The southern Liaoning Provinceand Central Plains would be deepened,and the Confucianism would bespreaded.On the one hand, Ancestors absorbs the Confucianism from localofficials who come from Central Plains;On the other hand,They knownConfucianism from the Feudalism scholar-official.Especially in the Eastern HanDynasty, The social in the Central Plains was turbulence,but the social in theLiaodong Prefecture was stability. So more and more people who have stronginsight came here by boat.The culture development were propeled.Filial Piety and Fraternal Love is the Source of Confucianism, so theyattached importance to funeral.Before that time they sacrificed supernaturalbeing at the altar,but after the Confucianism spreaded, they sacrificed the oneburied in the tomb,that is shown in mural painting of tomb of Han Dynasty in Yingchengzi. The structure of tombs in Southern Liaoning Province changedfrom closed to open, the tombs designed like room.The funeral object changedfrom Ding、Dou、Hu to Stove、Well、House、Zu. The transit embodied that theconception transformed.The confucianism became the mainstream.Because of the Han cultures spreaded, driven by the economy recovery inthe Central Plains, economic in Liaodong Prefecture grown more vigorouslythan ever before. The southern Liaoning Province riched in iron-oredeposits.They had reached a wonderful facility of smelting and castingtechnology,their stage was getting more and more important. The advancementof ancient iron smelting had greatly promoted the rapid growth of agriculturefarming,handicraft industry and building industry. At that time,commercialactivity was intensification,the social was stability and harmony, so it was oneof the developed areas of political, economic and military at that time.and madegreat contributions to the development of society ecnonmy and culture of thesurrounding areas.
