Yan Lianke drive generally accepted for Chinese contemporary literary circles as a writer, for his real strength and character.Through the interpretation of his work, we can find that many characteristics inside his novels has got with Chinese ancient Taoism. At present, the research mainly concerning to his novels of other aspects, just like language style and narrative theme. But so far, there is no specialized thesis to inquiry into his text and Chinese traditional culture, moreover, the relation of the Taoist theory particularly. This article is based on the foundation from the investigators before, making the research of the first step for this topic.Firstly, this article investigates living and dead, we can find that the living and dead in works of Yan Lianke is just the same as the Taoist thought. Chapter2analyzes the various phenomenons of repetition in his novels,thinking this is the same as the Taoism’three creats the creation’.Chapter3analyzes in the face of suffering Jots of persons in his work had choosen this way "patience and inaction". Chapter4analyzes the natural feelings of his works which is conform to the ancient taoism Chapter5analyzes of the thought of female worship in his novels. Chapter6analyzes of the utopian imagination and dialectic writing in Yan Lianke’s novels.The article analyes works of Yan Lianke and Chinese Taoist thought, thinking that we will acknowledge its culture content more deeply,moreover,bringing somenew enlightenment to the aftertime research.
