Being on the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage, thesong-and-dance duet even takes the Baixi and miscellaneous art on thestage.More and more scholars begin to keen on the study of heritage ofsong-and-dance duet. From the interactive theater to the public view, every stepof development all indicates that song-and-dance duet has become theindispensable popular art. The performance in the sm-all theater cannot meet theneed of the audience. The spreading of the song-and-dance duet is growingvigorously by strong media, such as TV. However, the song-and-dance duetbroadcasted on TV is limited to the record of the performance in the theaterwhich is a simple record or editing. The song-and-dance duet on TV is not solively, and is inferior to the performance in the theater. That is to say, from theperspective of the present development, the combination of television andsong-and-dance duet is not sufficient in terms of the present situation. Television,as a means of mass media, can not necessarily guarantee the televisionization ofsong-and-dance duet. The development of new media provides a broad stage forsong-and-dance duet. The combination of televised song-and-dance duet and newmedia production can promote the development of song-and-dance duet as wellas meet the demand of diversification of new media. The previous objectiverecording mode of televised song-and-dance duet needs to be broken through.The subjective reflection of the creation team should also be infused in. A wholenew mode and way out of the televised song-and-dance due’s creating, producing,spreading and other aspects should be explored. A new phase for song-and-danceduet will be in prospect as long as new media and song-and-dance duet arecombined perfectly.
