At present, more and more psychologists began to focus on emotionalintelligence in people’s life and work of the important influence,because researchers have found that not only affects the level of emotionalintelligence to the construction and regulation of individual emotion, impacton mental health, but also affect the level of individual job performance and animportant variable. Junior high school teacher in the face of the students are inthe "psychological weaning" period, Physical and mental development isnot mature, so need to pour more emotion at work. Heavy work is easyfor teachers to their own negative emotions, Influence the effect of educationand teaching. This study of Hohhot, the junior high school teachers within thescope of research on junior high school teacher’s emotional intelligence,burnout and job performance relationships.Purpose of this study was to investigate middle school teachers,emotional intelligence, burnout and job performance status; analysis of thedemographic variables on the teacher’s emotional intelligence, burnout andjob performance are significantly different; study emotional intelligence,burnout and the relationship between job performance.In this study,550junior high school teachers in Hohhot for the survey,using survey methods to gather information, use of data collected for analysissoftware SPSS16.0and AMOS6.0. Junior high school teachers based onemotional intelligence, burnout and job performance of descriptive statistics,test for difference in demographic variables and emotional intelligence,burnout and job performance correlation analysis, multiple regression analysisexamines the use of emotional intelligence and burnout of teachers inpredicting job performance; the use of structural equation modeling analysisof burnout in emotional intelligence affect job performance. The results are asfollows: 1. Junior high school teacher demographic variables, emotionalintelligence, burnout and job performance have significant difference;2. Junior high school teacher’s emotional intelligence and burnout was asignificant negative correlation;3. Junior high school teacher’s emotional intelligence and jobperformance was a significant positive correlation;4. Junior high school teacher burnout and job performance was asignificant negative correlation;5. Junior high school teacher’s emotional intelligence and burnout ofteachers’ of different aspects of the predictive role of job performance;6. Junior high school teacher burnout from the part of the intermediaryrole between emotional intelligence and job performance.Through this study, junior high school teachers can emotional intelligenceand an understanding of the status of burnout, defined emotional intelligenceand burnout of junior high school teacher’s role and impact of jobperformance, have to focus on ways to improve middle school teachers andreduce the emotional intelligence of burnout measures in junior high school,help to improve the performance of junior high school teachers level.
