To spread the domesticand foreign markets, they opened up the door of our country by the conventional weapons. Soour country had been involved by the spring tide of the modernize. He had played animportant part in May4’th Movement and the establishment of the Communist Party ofChina. He and the two other important people Chen Duxiu and Li Dazhao also lead thedirection of New Culture Movement. He believed that: if you want to transform our society,you must transform something. Not only transform the institution, but also transform thehuman’s thoughts. And the second one is more important.He initiated the honest,the rational, the science and the democracy. And this is also themain idea of the New Enlighten Movement.So, he believed: if you want to transform oursociety,you must transform something. Not only the institution but also the human’s thoughts.And transforming the people’s thoughts is more important. Although his theory acquitted different characteristics in different stages,honest, rational,science and democracy is the clue throughout it. He believed that:the aim of revolution is tosatisfy the desire of the human. The most important desire is the desire of living. The aim ofhuman is to live a happy and simple life.To realize the democracy and the equality of the human, we should transform all theareas. Such as economy, policy, culture, life, etc.There are so many valuable points in his theory of social transformation. And also manydialectic thoughts. Such as the equal economical thoughts, which contained preventing toorich or too poor; the equal political thoughts,which contained all the people should participatein the politics; the exoteric culture thoughts,etc.How to establish a fair society? How to bring up the new people? All the problems hehad discussed. And he had put forward a proposal. All of the thoughts are so valuable.Certainly, everything has dual character. Particular style of his life engendered his specialcharacter. And the special character made him walk out a special way which different formchairman Mao&premier Zhou. Because of the background of his knowledge which studiedfrom math to philosophy,he accepted Russell’s analytical philosophy easily.Meanwhile heaccepted Kong ZI,s theory and Marxism and composed the three thoughts into one. So, heblazed a new trail to Chinese culture and Chinese philosophy.So, he became an expert on Russell and his analytical philosophy. Also became one ofthe most famous philosopher during the20th, century of China.Throwing himself into various social activities and studying in different areas, was thespecial characteristic of the first half of his life.He did very well in sphere of learning, andwas not good at political areas.Now we research on ZHANG SHEN FU ‘S Theory of social transformation before thefoundation of our country,is very important.We analyzed the historical background and the source which produced this theory in thisarticle. At the same time, portrait and landscape ways of analysis were adopted in it.Manypoints in his theory were studied,such as economic,political,cultural,and the opinions of ourlife, etc. Also the ways to achieve the theory were discussed. Finally, we appraised his theory in Marxist views. On the other hand, we composed his points with chairman Mao’s.
