In this paper,the social governance under the background of the development of human society,with materialist view of history as the theoretical basis,the evolution of social governance model and human rational thinking paradigm changes and social critical theory combined to study the rational principle behind the evolution of the social governance mode.And on this basis,he present situation of China’s social governance put forward its own theoretical proposals.In the case of human social governance itself,the transformation of human social governance is also the development and evolution of human rational thinking.The transformation of human social governance also means the transformation of human rational paradigm.From the whole human history,human society has appeared in the ruling social governance model of agricultural society,management and service-oriented social governance of industrial society.With the advent of post-industrial society,the human society gradually step into information and intelligence,society is increasingly showing the characteristics of autonomy.Each transformation of human social governance is on the basis of evolution of human rational thinking.The development and evolution of human rational thinking,the innovation of social governance theory is not only a response to the social crisis,but also a rational reflection and reconstruction.From the ruling social governance model of the traditional agricultural society,the management and service-oriented social governance of industrial society,to the civil autonomy,is actually human rationality by the subject of rational self-consciousness philosophy,to the public rationality of the inter-subjective philosophy,reflects the progress of human reason.From the ancient Greek philosophy to the modern German classical philosophy,the development of human rationality can be summarized by the ancient Greek rational theology first object of rationality and subjectivity thought to the medieval theological rationality,to the Renaissance,Enlightenment,and finally to the development of the German classical philosophy of the transcendental rationality,absolute rationality.Along with the development of human rationality is the transformation of human political society,from the ancient Greek city-state system,medieval feudal theology of politics,to the modern capitalist social and political system.The emergence and development of modern capitalist society is the first to show the sublation of medieval theology in culture,then through the Renaissance and Enlightenment,nurturing the rational spirit of modern capitalism.Max Weber argued that this process of cultural evolution was manifested in the decline of religious values and the growth of instrumental rationality.lt was believed the establishment of the system of modern capitalist society,the formation of capitalist spirit,the occurrence of capitalist industrial revolution and the development of capitalist economy were all related to the transformation of this rational thinking paradigm.And Max.Weber expressed deep concern about the transformation of this rational paradigm,and pointed out that under the guidance of instrumental rationality,mankind was more and more focused on secular utilitarian pursuit,and forget the initial value goal,rationality to achieve a utilitarian purpose means.The pioneer of Western Marxism,Lukacs,inherited Max.Weber’s theory of cultural analysis took the theory of "materialization" as the core,analyzed and criticized the loss of human subjectivity,the atomization and materialization of human beings caused by the expansion of instrumental rationality in developed industrial society.And then Lukacs put forward the principle of totality to overcome the human predicament caused by the excessive expansion of instrumental rationality.Along with Lukacs’theoretical tradition,the first generation of Frankfurt school consciously extended the critique of instrumental rationality to the field of social culture.They put forward the critical rationality to overcome the instrumental rationality,and thought that instrumental rationality serves the practical purpose by controlling the human and the nature.Rationality lost the function of liberation,people into a one-way thinking,lost the critique of the reality and transcendence,to maintain the legitimacy of the reality of social rule.We should replace the instrumental rationality with the critical rationality of human freedom and liberation,profoundly criticize all the materialized forces and alienation forces that bind human freedom and development,and realize the transcendence of reality by criticizing the reality.Habermas argues for the critical rationality of the early Frankfurt School that the criticism of instrumental rationality can not be a general critique of reason,and that the crisis of rational culture lies in rational One-sided,we should fully tap the potential of reason,from the internal mechanism of reason to find an effective way to overcome the rational crisis and realize the rational reconstruction.Habermas,through the reflection of the critical rationality of the early Frankfurt School,made a communicative rationality on the basis of the creation of universal pragmatics by means of philosophical linguistic turn.Habermas,through the life world turn.Lefebvre,Heller’s critique theory of "daily life",making the critique theory of "life world" to the systematic.On the basis of communicative rationality,Habermas put forward the "life world" colonization and rationalization.From the "life world" concept to the systematic"life world"critical theory,and then to Habermas’s rational life world,essentially,is still a cultural critical way to understand the life world far from Reaching the height of Marxist philosophy.Marx From the way of human existence,by revealing the way of people’s activities,demonstrated the social people’s subjectivity,the social nature of people which was the communicative theory,and the relationship between individual development and social development,from the history and the basic structure of human society fully displayed the human life world itself.Finally,guided by the Marxist historical materialism theory,based on the publicity of human society,this article makes a practical study on the social governance of our country.It is considered that the absence of public power supervision,the infinite expansion of capital and the lack of public value are the main problems in the present social governance,and put forward the people-oriented,fair and just,harmonious and well ordered of social governance goals and the pursuit of value. |
