The United States is a nation of immigrants,and the Africa American is a specialgroup in American society. The research of the education to the black people has animportant significance to ethnic group.Meanwhile it can also help us more clearlyunderstand the United States, seeing what she had taken through.The research to the black American people’s education is not hard to find the20century1950-1980is a rapid development period.This article through the educationchanges in digital compared before and after to try to find out in this period blackeducation’s major change in historical view.The text is divided into four parts.The chapter two and three are the core parts ofthis article.The first part is a review of the black pepole’s education in American history.The second part is mainly about the black education’s situation in1950-1980. The thirdpart is a analyse to the reason of why the black pepole’s education has a rapiddevelopment in this period And the last part is a simple summary to the negative factorsof the black pepole’s education development and the looking to his future.The Author concludes that there has a rapid development of balck pepole’seducation in1950-1980.And the growth of power with black pepole and the federalgovernment to American race relations and the change of policy are the main reason tothese changes.
