The Research Of The Local Government Cultural Manage Ment Innovation In West Area

At present， our country is involved in the political， economic and cultural fields ofthe revolution， among them， the cultural management system reform will be the key to thisrevolution. Long-term since， the culture management system in our country are influencedby the planned economy，and the old culture management system can not adapt to thecultural development， so， the demands of market economy and the development of culturalindustry require that it must hold a full range of innovative activities in the field of culturalmanagement. As far as we known， there has a rich history and culture resources in China’swestern region， but the development of culture can not catch up with the east， theimportant reason is that the backward culture management mode and means hindered thedevelopment of the culture productivity in the western region， making the culture resourcescan not play out their economic benefit and social benefit， therefore， to want to furtherdevelopment the culture and the cultural industry in western， we have to innovate the culturemanagement.Overall， this thesis is divided into six parts. At first， the author begins with the generalresearch of the culture management，and the introduction of the background、the significanceof the topic and the related literature of this topic at home and abroad by summing up. On thebasis of the government management theory、regional management theory and so on， thispaper study the related theory of cultural management innovation， such as the connotationand object of cultural management， and the connotation and the features of governmentmanagement innovation; secondly， we analyze the current situation of culture in western，after obtaining the disadvantages and reasons，and combine with the successful experience ofseveral representative foreign in the culture management， we reach the content ofgovernment culture management innovation in western in China， mainly includesmanagement concept innovation、the role innovation、 management innovation of system andmechanism innovation and so on. Finally， we suggest that there are four aspects to hold theculture management innovation of our local governments in the western.
