This paper mainly based on questionnaires and interviews, selected90Chinese volunteerteachers to Thailand. The aim of this paper is to analyse the totally situation of the teachingadaption of the Chinese volunteer teachers in their beginning time to Thailand, the teachingdifficulties of theirs’ and the reasons to lead problems,then to find the good ways to help thenew-comer volunteer teachers to adapt in teaching in short time.This article points out that the first two months is the early stage of duty time of Chinesevolunteers teachers to Thailand.During this stage,generrally speaking, Chinese volunteerteachers adapt smoothly,but have many problems,such as, hard to cntrol students’discipline,teaching quality and effect are generally not stable,the sense of achievement inteaching is generally low.About the improving ways of helping the new-comer volunteer teachers to adapt in teachingin short time,this paper mainly focuses on,1. training lessons,should strenthen the ability ofwriting good lectuer and the teaching practical stills.2.to build a system of schools’ situation ofChinese cause,and tell the information to the new-comers advancely.3. Chinese volunteerteachers should pay attention to their own growth in teaching,forming a good attitude,doingself-examnations often,and communicating a lot with other Chinese volunteer teachers.
