| Recently, the study of fuzzy linguistics and fuzzy words in the official documents has been reached considerable achievements, but there are many kinds of official documents. Especially Generalized documents styles, which related to the Political Consultative Conference, the National People’s Congress, the military and the administrative. This master thesis attempt to use the Civil Service Law and Matching requirements (China Legal Publishing House.2005) as the corpus, and use the modern Chinese language knowledge as the support to classify and analyze the fuzzy words in the Civil Service Law and Matching requirements.This paper consists of four chapters.Chapter Ⅰ and Chapter Ⅱ are the implantations of fuzzy words in the Civil Service Law and Matching requirements and the Outline of Willing Fuzzy Words in it. Chapter Ⅰ included the three parts:fuzzy words in the official documents, the feature of the fuzzy words in the Civil Service Law and Matching requirements, and, the fuzzy words’ style of Civil Service Law and Matching requirements. Chapter Ⅱ introduced the willing words, the necessity of existence and the feature of willing fuzzy words in the Civil Service Law and Matching requirements and the numbers of Statistics of willing fuzzy words in the Civil Service Law and Matching requirements.ChapterⅢ is the major part of this essay. The corpus is the Civil Service Law and Matching requirements, when analyzed the willing fuzzy words, selected the words should and can, and compared this two words. Through the analysis of this two words, comprehensively reflect the willing fuzzy words’usage and meaning.Chapter Ⅳ is the summary. Introduce the appropriate use of willing fuzzy words in the official documents. |
