| Jiarong Tibetan area which is located in the northwest plateau of Sichuan Province,Jiarong Tibetan is a branch of the Tibetan Nationality, where is the main settlements. JiarongTibetan has a long history and colorful ethnic culture. After the liberation, until the reform andopening up previously, Jiarong Tibetan area under the leadership of the Communist Party, hasbeen engaged in the construction of socialist culture, and has made tremendous achievements,but during the Cultural Revolution, there have been some twists and turns. Since the reformand opening up, the construction of socialist culture in Jiarong Tibetan area has been thefurther development, National culture has also been the better protection and heritage, theconstruction of cultural is fruitful. However, at present, there are still some problems anddeficiencies.
