| The common saying is a very important part of Chinese, it is created by people ofthe ages, its spread in spkoen language. It has a wide range of topics, content-rich,involving almost all aspects of social life. With stable concise structure, popular andsimple language, lively style, the common saying reflect the unique social life of theHan nationality, customs, history and culture. Saying is equally important in teachingChinese as a foreign language, closely related to the culture teaching and vocabularyteaching. Since the1990s, TCFL introduced the concept of culture teaching, researchthe spread of Chinese language teaching and Chinese culture. The common saying is awindow to Chinese culture the best foreign language teaching. Moreover, as thesaying is short and refined statement of stereotypes, widely popular in the Chineselanguage, its style is lively, popular, simple and humorous image, thus saying teachingis an important part of vocabulary teaching. Foreign students have great interest instudy sayings. Therefore, whether from the Chinese language teaching or studentslearning Chinese, saying teaching is very necessary and effective.However, at present, saying teaching in TCFL is still at initial stage, lacking ofteaching practice and only a few courses. In textbooks there is no system on sayings.On the part of theory, there has been some papers of saying teaching, but lack ofrepresentation theory.Based on the above situation, the paper use investigation, analysis, comparative law,summarized the law as well as quantitative and qualitative method of saying TeachingChinese as a Foreign Language. Starting from research of saying ontology, definition,scope, and nature,the paper define the scope of saying in TCFL. At the same time,this paper introduce the importance of saying teaching to attract more Chineseteachers to pay attention to it. Through survey of textbooks, the paper analyzed anddiscussed a number of advantages and disadvantages of the selection and arrangementof sayings. According to the investigation of errors in saying HSK dynamiccomposition corpus, This article summarizes the type of errors, such as classification,writing, semantics, syntax and pragmatic. At last, the paper give some advises aboutthe compilation of teaching materials and other aspects of saying in Teaching Chineseas a Second Language. |
