Environment issues get more and more attentions because progress in science and technology causes air pollution, environment pollution and life pollution, thus recycling and reuse behavior as a specific environ-mental practices can reduce pollution to a certain extent and ease the environment problems. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of the knowledge, motivation and attitude about recycling and reuse to their actual behaviors, in purpose of taking the attention of college students to recycling and reuse behavior. The methods we teach them will recycle and reuse the energy, save energy and eventually protect environment. The research will provide experiences and basis for other researches and eventually it will promote the recycling behavior of social groups and individuals.This study seleceted students of Sichuan Normal University,a total of98. This study randomly assigned subjects.The research has three groups:Group A,Group B and Group C. The people from A group take part in two activities while the people from group B take part in three activities. Then the subjects take the test on the knowledge motivation and behavior of their recycling behavior before the experiment, after the experiments and a month later the experiments. There are threes goals of this study. The first one is to test if the motivation of the recycling and reuse helps to increase the knowledge and behavior of the recycling and reuse by path analysis. The second is to testify the effect of the three types of influencing factors on the thress groups by Single factor analysis of variance. The third is to testify the short-time and long-time effect of the influencing factors by the The single-factor repeated measures analysis of variance. Based on this study, the following conclusions are made:(1) Recycling motivation has a mediating effect between recycling knowledge and recycling behavior.(2) The effect of intervention has significant effect on the three groups.Group A (two times of intervention) and group B (three times of intervention) have more knowledge,stronger motivation and more behavior the control C.(3) The short-time effect of intervention is significant. Post-test recycling behvior result of group B and group A is significantly greater than Pre-test.(4) The long-time effect of intervention is significant. Tracking test recycling behavior result of group A and B is significantly greater than Pre-test.
