In this thesis, MaShan Zhuang, a dialect of Tai branch, Zhuang-Dong group, Kam-Tai language family, as the object of study, useing the theory of typological framework, and take the "Modern Chinese Dialect Grammar Corpus Investigation Plan", Danqing Liu and Zhengda Tang prepared, as the main investigation framework. simultaneously borrows Danqing Liu "A Handbook for Grammatical Investigation and Research " and Chenglong Huang "Studies on Puxi Qiang" in the description describes the important grammatical theary and methods,the integrated use of the basic theories of modern linguistics, taking into account the traditional grammar paradigm, MaShan Zhuang, GuLing Town MaShan County, grammatical structures and features of a relatively comprehensive, systematic, in-depth description and analysis.The thesis consists of eight chapters. Chapter one is introduction, describes geographical pasition, the language situation and the overview of previous studies, it also introduction the corpus collection, the theoretical framework and research significance of MaShan. Chapter two is the phonological system, describes the consonants, vowels, tonic types and syllable type of the MaShan Zhuang. Chapter three is describes the word formation of MaShan Zhuang systematicly and deeply. Chapter four is about word class, including the noun phrase, the verb phrase, adverb, preposition, other seal part of speech and the syntactic function of the particle"give". Chapter five is about nominal relational morpholpgy, including gender marking, number marking and case marking. Chapter six is about verb class, describes ten typical aspect marking of MaShan Zhuang. Chapter seven is about simple construction, including constituernt order, interrogative, negative sentence, having and possosses the struccure and comparative construction. Chapter eight is about complex construction, including relative clauses, predicate complement construction, coordination and separation sentence, subordinate constructions and passive sentence.
