Research Of Domestic Low-budget Comedy Films Since2006

Ever since2006, with the changes of the domestic social and cultural context, the low budget comedy films have developed quickly, and have made the good box office progress and the populace attention. On the one hand, the film works display different style and special characteristic with the former comedy films; on the other hand, they also met many questions in the developing process. Firstly, this paper carries on the theoretical discrimination of domestic low budget comedy films, and combes the low budget and the comedy movie related definitions; on the basis of theory, the paper summarizes and categorizes the creation situation of the low budget comedy films since2006, and the classification of the low budget comedy movies has carried on the discussion. Secondly, the paper analyzes the low budget comedy films’characteristic, and emphatically elaborate the signifying characteristic, the modern characteristic and the multiplex characteristic and so on. Finally, the paper points out the flaw and the deficiency of the low budget comedy films under the background of consumer culture with a kind of critical attitude, then put forward some feasible strategies and solutions in the light of these problems, trying to provide some ideas of the exploration for the low budget comedy films.
