Along with the change of society, the environment demand college students become more and more complicated and diversified, high grade, it places the college students under the increasingly serious psychological pressure. So college administrators and psychological health education workers have to think about how to guide college students to management pressure effective through the effective way. The group counseling’s effectiveness for college students’ psychological pressure has been confirmed of the validity of a few researchers abroad, but the overall research is still not perfect and thorough, and the scope is also only limited to a single therapy’s intervention effect. And domestic scholars’research focused only on college students’ stressor, the research field has to be expanded in-depth, we need to increase practical of the intervention plans.Therefore, in order to deeply explore the intervention effect of the group guidance to college students’psychological pressure, basis of the investigation face to the Zhejiang Normal University college students’psychological pressure, this study design the intervention program of college students’stress management group counseling. Use this program to intervene college students, to discuss if the program has the immediate effects.This research mainly include two main body parts, the first part, base on the literature analysis and some interview material we design the college students stress management group counseling scheme. The second part, is using the group counseling scheme to examine the effect of the college students,20college students are assigned into experiment and control group randomly. The experiment group students will accept group counseling2times per week, every time last about90minutes, the sum is seven times. The other students didn’t accept any treatment. Before and after the group counseling, all students will text the university students’ psychological pressure questionnaire. Base on the questionnaire score of measured before and after scoring group counseling with gathered during the written material and part of the event interview material, the experiment results were analyzed and discussed.The results were as follows:1. Quantitative data from the statistical analysis result, pressure group counseling management to the members of the fall in the levels of bad stress response have immediate effect of counseling.2. Quantitative data from the statistical analysis result show that group counseling make the members to deal with stress from negative pressure to active respond.3. From the analysis of the material qualitative results show the stress management group counseling scheme members’attitude is willingness and affirmative, it reflected in most of the members like activities of the game share group auxiliary method, which they deepened to self knowledge and acceptance, the rational knowledge of pressure events, and they learn practical stress management techniques and methods.
