Language is a product of the human spirit. Language is composed by so rts of similar vocabularies, which decide their positions according to its mean ings. But most people cannot distinguishor choose them correctly, as it has t o realize the subtle differences in context, and also there’re no concrete diffe rences between synonyms.In this paper, the verb "(?)" and "(?)" as the research objects, analyze their meaning elements, comb the vocabulary system, so that help people unders tand the differences between them and could use them correctly.There are many meaning research methods, such as comparition, contrast, an alysis, technology, description, etc. In this paper, using the contrast and analysis method, extract and analyze the combined objects of "(?)" and "(?)".Firstly, learned the explanations of the two vocabularies in dictionary by searching, then dived deeper into the analysis.There are some methods to distinguish synonyms, such as opposite test method, arrange test method, componential analysis, substitution test method, etc. In this paper, using the opposite test method, componential analysis and substitution test method, substituted vocabularies and check the opposite relati ons, so that extracted the substantial deviation between the "(?)" and "(?)".In the paper, to explore the differences of meaning and application betw een synonyms, used the [+] and [-] to distinguish the substantial deviation be tween the "(?)" and "(?)".Combining the explanations, analysis of meanings and objects, the conclusion as follows:Firstly,"(?)" and "(?)" in the negative context, both have the same m eaning as "restrain".Secondly, in the negative context,"(?)" expresses physical overcoming, while "(?)" expresses mental overcoming.Thirdly,"(?)" combined with inhuman subjects in the combination of co ncrete, and combined with human subjects in the combination of abstracts. Fourthly,"(?)" combined with physiologic subjects in the combination of c oncrete, and combined with psychological subjects in the combination of abstract s.Fifth,"(?)" means restraining emotion and condition in mind, while "(?)" means keeping restraining from the emotional condition and accept the extern al situation. Put simply, they have the substantial deviation of positive or not.As mentioned above, hope language life will more effective and standard thr ough distinguish between "(?)" and "(?)".
