Cultural soft power, the country’s important role in socio-economicdevelopment has become increasingly significant, enhance cultural soft power hasbecome the historical development and the inevitable trend of changes in theinternational system. The face of fierce international competition, and strengthen thecapacity of the country’s overall external communication has become China’sexpanding and opening up, enhance the international influence, the inevitable choiceto defend national interests. In this paper, different times and in different stages ofpolicy changes in various national cultural industry research, summarize the basicvalues and regularity, as a basis, and based on the status of the soft power of Chineseculture, cultural transmission from the external, foreign and foreign economic andpolitical communication three aspects of communication to promote and enhance oursoft power measures and countermeasures. Through research, this paper found thatChina’s current cultural "soft power" of the international status and influence hasbeen constantly strengthened and improved,"China Year","Confucius Institute" andother cultural activities greatly expand the international influence of Chinese culture;but the overall, in international political affairs, China’s national interest, based onactive participation in international affairs; as China’s economic take-off, we neednot only to showcase China’s economic development, also need to eliminate theforeign economic barriers. Nevertheless, China’s cultural "soft power" of thedevelopment is still in its infancy, there are still many issues to resolve, whether it iscultural, political, economic, external communication needs to be improvement. Tothis end, we should develop reasonable development plan, heritage of the Chinesenation’s spirit of innovation, establish a national brand. Meanwhile, foreignexchange and actively participate in cultural activities, and actively theimplementation of equality and mutual benefit, friendship and cultural foreign policyto promote national cultural "soft power" build faster and better development.
