This dissertation focuses on the common properties and differences of emotional psychological verbs in Shuo Wen Jie Zi.In the prelude, we introduce the present researching profile of the Chinese Psychological Verbs and the Psychological Verbs in Shuo Wen Jie Zi, and give an explanation on the objects, the relevant methods and the language materials of this researeh. We also give two maps:one is the basic framework map of analysising the property of lexical items in the Cognitive Semantics field, another one is the map of the psychological verbs about Emotions in Shuo Wen Jie Zi. The main part of this paper is a description and analysis of common properties and differences about13semantic field.The common property of the members in the semantic field is the prerequisite and basis to tethered into the semantic field. We use the electronic searching sites to Investigate every word in the16selected ancient literatures, and analyze the Language environment that the psychological verbs appeare, and inspecte the generated time about every sense, in order to divide sense and lists the bibliography that the items appeared the earliest.Our analysis, the differences in lexical items in the semantic field, is mainly from three aspects those are the word semantic property, the combination property, and the use property, the premise that we Summarize the lexical item property is to check the use cases about lexical items exhaustivly. By the check and reference to various books, We can know that the differences of the semantic property about the lexical items. The differences are about the connotation, the degree, the expressionand motivation. We can know that the differences of the combination property, those are Grammatical function, the combination used commonly, adverbs or adjectives matched usually, and grammatical relations. We can also clear Counte the use frequency about the lexical items. By comparing the use frequency, we can find the core lexical items from the semantic field. Finally, we briefly arrange the development of the meaning of the core words. |
