A Research On Cross-language False Memory Among Proficient Chinese-english Bilingual

Memory has been the main target of psychology, when people study accuratememory, they find false memory contains lots of important information on thenature of human memory, and the analysis of false memory can help usunderstand the nature of memory.This research is about the influence factor of false memory as a variable ofcross-language. I adopt own-composed Chinese and English similar phonetics、similar morphologic list. And I revise semantic relevance list. It is about falsememory among proficient Chinese-English bilingual from phonetics、morphologic、semantics under DRM paradigm. It’s a national new trying of falsememory. I want to study if there is cross language false memory inChinese-English and study the rule of national English studying of false memoryand find false memory mechanism. It studies memory model of Lexicalrepresentations and conceptual representations among proficient Chinese-Englishbilingual; to find bilingual memory representation model of proficientChinese-English bilingual from false memory angle under DRM paradigm.The study includes three experiments. The first experiment is effect ofcross-language false memory among proficient Chinese-English bilinguals fromphonetics. The second experiment is effect of Cross-Language false memoryamong proficient Chinese-English bilinguals from morphologic. The thirdexperiment is effect of cross-language false memory among proficientChinese-English bilinguals from semantics. The research proves cross-languagefalse memory exists among proficient Chinese-English bilinguals fromphonetics、similarity、morphologic angle. The false memory cross language isuniversal among Chinese-English bilingual. proficient Chinese-Englishbilingual’s memory representation model is revised hierarchical model，not onlythe two languages’ lexical representation may directly reach conceptualrepresentations, but also it may with the help of the second language. Under DRMparadigm, memory model is revised hierarchical model for cross-language falsememory in proficient Chinese-English bilingual.
