On Lin Yishan’s Dialectical Thoughts For Changjiang River-contorl

Lin Yishan(1911-2007) was post of the first head of Changjiang River Conservancy Commission since the foundation of New China, and he was also the pioneer and explorer of general plan for Changjiang River Management. During the40-years working life, he had a strong thirst for knowledge and was good at summarizing his own thought, on the other hand, he applied the knowledge into the practice, thus forming a set of his own theory about Changjiang River Management. Mr. Lin, once a non-professional engineer, turned out to be an outstanding expert in Changjiang River Management.
