Psychological harmony is the value object and spiritual foundation of social harmony, which also accelerates the process of psychological research with Chinese characteristics in China. Its vital role in building the harmonious socialism society has been elaborated for the first time in the6th Session of the16th National Central Committee of CPC. The concept of psychological harmony has been stated completely so far, but much of them focused on interpersonal interaction relation study, less of them on interaction relationship study, all of them had no relation with psychological harmony that makes Marxism with Chinese characteristics in China.In this paper, it takes the interpersonal interaction of Marxism and methods of mental health education, draws on Horney’s interpersonal theory. By the way of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, it focuses on the influence of interaction relation on psychological harmony, puts forward the intervention to promote the implementation strategy on psychological harmony. Meanwhile, the "psychological harmony Scale (PHS)" and "Renaissance Communication Scale (NCS)" is conducted a questionnaire to the classes of2007-2009of a university in Xi’an, in a random sample of578college students,553valid samples were selected using SPSS17.0and AMOS4.0software, it takes the statistical analysis of survey results and the establishment of multiple factors interact and constrain model.Based on the original interpretation of Marxism and the inspiration of Horney’s interaction relationship theory, this paper has tried to reach the following conclusions:First, the development of productive forces plays a decisive role in psychological harmony and interaction relationship, the forms of society tip the link role in interaction relationship and psychological harmony. The contradiction between interaction relationship and psychological harmony can be effectively reduced by the development of productive forces; Second, the psychological harmony is an ongoing and developing aim, it needs to be balanced and coordinated between individuals under the premise of a adaptation of situations. Its standards are historical and specific; Third, the negative interaction relationship is with "dependent","confrontation type","avoidant","compliance" of four, the positive interaction relationship refers to the "harmonious" one in this paper. On the basis of the theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper has reached the following innovative conclusions:First, the interaction relationship to psychological harmony of the mechanism is a processing principle that is in dealing with people, communication, coordination and integration of the development; the interaction relationship to psychological harmony of the influence mechanism is a model that the positive interaction relationship promotes psychological harmony, but the negative one hinders it; Second, the three types of interaction relationships has negative impact on psychological harmony except the "confrontation one"; Third, the initiative and intimacy of negative communication relationship is on too high or too low level, the negative interaction relationship can be converted into a harmonious one by reducing or increasing the level of negative one; Fourth, this paper has adopted the inter-subjective integrity and communication intermediary to establish a mechanism to influence the psychological harmony; Fifth, on the basis of the research results and parameters, it is recommended to improve and motivate interaction relationship, intervene in the negative interaction one to promote the building of psychological harmony and harmonious society. There are still many deficiencies in this study, the more in-depth exploration and research needs to be done to improve and perfect in this area.
