Words plays a crucial role in the process of foreign language learning. Chinese characters words constitute the largest proportion in Korean, so the word education is particularly important. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the characteristics and classification of Chinese characters and words, and based on this to develop education program of Chinese characters word to help Korean learners in China of Korean learning vocabulary.Chinese characters words are the words which are based on Chinese words and can be marked in Chinese characters form. The paper not only collects the various versions of the dictionary of Chinese characters word interpretation, but also includes different explain from different professor. According to the characteristics of the Chinese characters words, Chinese characters word altogether can be divided into three categories as same type synonyms, homonyms, heterosexual synonyms. The second chapter not only analyses the three types of Chinese characters word definitions and causes, but also cites a typical words as examples and explains.The Korean language education in China has made rapid progress in recent years, but specific to the area of vocabulary, especially words in Chinese characters education, although some achievements, but in the real education scene has not received due attention. Although Chinese learning Korean words have the richly endowed natural advantage compared to other countries language learners, but easy to be influenced by mother language. Whi le many Chinese characters in Korean word is introduced from China, but meaning and usage are changed. So it is easily to misuse Chinese characters words. The third chapter examines the Chinese Korean education field of Chinese characters word education. The materials selected recently widely used in China in three the Korean textbooks, and has carried on the detailed investigation and analysis. For the three textbook vocabulary consists of Chinese characters, words that occur frequently, and the improper use of Chinese characters words and other aspects were compared and analyzed. At the same time, this paper pinpoints problems and solutions in the education field in China from the teaching materials and teaching methods.In order to develop effective vocabulary education program, the paper also cites the Korean Chinese characters word selected standard and Chinese characters word list for education.The fifth chapter puts forward the specific Chinese characters word education program. The same shape synonyms primarily through the pronunciation, homographs mainly through word meaning contrast, heterosexual synonyms by labeling approach to lexical education. It will be a certain reference value for the native Chinese students to learn the Korean language, especially in the vocabulary learning process which will inevitably encounter the Chinese characters in Korean word learning and teaching...
