Objectives:To promote the health quality of the lelf-behind students,to explore the relationship between health quality of the lelf-behind students, resilience and perspective adaption.Methods:This research is Non-experimental research-Correlation research,in which using accidental sampling method.Questionnaires were used to investigate2000students who were studying in junior high schools in four cities of Jilin province.There are1483valid questionnaires.Selection of research tools are:the basic situation questionnaires,Multidimensional Sub-health Questionnaire of Adolescent The Resilience of Lelf-behind students questionnaires,Adolescents Prospective Adaptation questionnaire, Assessment of lelf-behind students’health quality of the lelf-behind students, resilience, and perspective adaption.We will use statistical software SPSS for Windows16.0to analysis all the data.Results:(1)1483valid questionnaires,there are825lelf-behind students in it,55.6percent of the total numbers.In the lelf-behind students,there are385boys and440girls.18.1percent Han students,80.6percent Korean students and1.3percent others.Age of10-14students are the majority.The students live in cities are more than countrysides.Most of them are only child in their, family.73.1.percent parents left at least for one years. The lelf-behind students often contact with their parents.47.0percent lelf-behind students’guardian is grandparents.The relationship between students and teacher、parents、friend all very closed.(2) The mean score of health quality is97.17±35.120. The mean score of body sub-health and psychological is42.17±14.894and55.02±24.222.On. the body sub-health,the difference were significant among sex,if only child. On the psychological sub-health,the difference were significant among the degree of parents.On the health quality,the difference were significant among the home place.The frequency of contact with parents,different guardian difference were signification on psychological sub-health and health quality.The relationship between students and teacher,parents,friends, learning achievement difference were significant on every dimension.(3)The mean score of resilience is99.59±17.649.The difference were signification among home place,the degree of parents, the frequency of contact with parents,the relationship between students and teacher、parents、friends, learning achievement.(4)The mean score of perspective adaption is58.80±6.511.The difference were significant among home place, the degree of parents and guardian,the different guardian, the relationship between students and teacher、parents、friends, learning achievement.(5) Health Quality has a significant negative correlation with Resilience and Perspective Adaption,and a significant positive correlation exists between Resilience and Perspective Adaption.Conclusion:It is a major problem that there be a great number of Lelf-behind students in Jilin Province.Our research shows that Lelf-behind students’Health Quality,Resilience,Perspective Adaption is in a high level in Jilin Province.
