From the scientificdevelopment, harmonious development, peaceful development of new phase to ensurepeople’s cultural right and satisfy people’s mental need, the strategy of promotingsocialism great development and prosperity is put forward. The rich practice of thedevelopment of the state’s cultural reform was summarized seriously.
