Henan is a large agricultural province in China, the issue of agriculture, farmer and rural area is always the focus of the Party to study and solve. In the new era, rural collective economy made brilliant achievements through continuous reforms. In contrast to the reality, the development of rural collective economy is lagging behind, which has seriously hampered the development of rural economy as a whole.
