Research the basic situation of psychiatrist job burnout and self-efficacy、job burnout and self-efficacy relationship, and based on this,put forward some opinions and suggestions to help improve the situation of psychiatrist job burnout,and improve the work efficiency and job satisfaction,maintenance psychiatrist physical and mental health.Selection six mental hospitals in Sichuan province,a total of three hundred psychiatrists investigated,questionnaires send out in concentration,finally unity again. Application of general situation questionnaire,LiChPing revsion of the job burnout scale and WangKangCai revsion of the general self-efficacy scale.SPSS17.0applicated, the statistical analysis,Pearson related methods of analysis used.The results of the study:The overall situation of psychiatrist job burnout,this research shows:the psychiatrist job burnout level in moderate malaise, and it is outstanding performance in exhaustion dimension; Population variable characteristics of psychiatrist job burnout, this research shows:the psychiatrist’s job burnout in different gender and different marital status have on significant difference, while in the different interest, different income levels, different seniority and different titles have significant difference. Interested in general or not interested in psychiatrist prone to emotional exhaustion, salary levels below2000yuan psychiatrist prone to emotional exhaustion and low sense of achievement, more than8years of work psychiatrist, high sense of achievement, the probation period physicians, resident physicians and more; The overall situation of psychiatrist self-efficacy, this research shows that:in and self-efficacy of the adult norms (t=2.86) in the comparison, the psychiatrist’s self-efficacy is low; The population variable characteristics of psychiatrist’s self-efficacy:this research shows that:the psychiatrist’s self-efficacy in the variables did not differ significantly; Psychiatrist job burnout and self-efficacy of correlation, research shows that:the psychiatrist weary and self-efficacy in remarkable correlation, the high self-efficacy can prevent job burnout.Research conclusion, The psychiatrist self-efficacy level is relatively low, the psychiatrist’s self-efficacy score of2.66compare to the adult norms(2.86), they have statistically significant difference (t=7.8, p<0.01). In the variable learn no significant differences; The psychiatrist job burnout in moderate,the score average of job burnout is2.84, according to the Ivancevieh&Matteson (1998) point of view,in the seventh score is in the2-4between average point; Sex,marriage,education have on obvious related with job burnout; Interest, the working years, title, wage income and job burnout has significant correlation; Strong interest in psychiatrist job burnout is low; More than8years of work the psychiatrist personal achievement high, wage income is less than3100yuan psychiatrist emotional exhaustion and personal achievement low; The probation period physicians,resident, the attending physician more likely to emotional failure; The psychiatrist’s self-efficacy and job burnout emotional failure, cynicism, exists obvious negative correlation.
