With the development of the times,English is becoming a world language and people are paying more and more attention to it.Our country regards English as a compulsory subject in basic education.Therefore,paying attention to the career development of English teachers has become a key factor in improving English teachers' teaching.At present,the main direction of academic research on teachers' profession is to explore the causes and solutions of teachers' job burnout.The aim of this study is to use questionnaires.In this paper,360 junior middle school English teachers were investigated.The data were processed by SPSS17.0,and teachers' self-concept,teachers' sense of teaching efficacy and teachers' job burnout were analyzed respectively by correlation analysis and regression analysis.It is expected to understand the degree of job burnout;Whether the teachers' self-concept,the sense of teaching efficacy and the burnout of junior high school English teachers can be correlative by the data processing;Whether the self-concept and teaching efficacy significantly predict the degree of job burnout.It is found that the degree of job burnout of English teachers in junior high school is moderately serious.The teachers' self-concept and teaching efficacy are relatively high.This is in line with the mainstream view of academic circles.There is a significant correlation between teachers' self-concept,teaching efficacy,and job burnout.Teachers' self-concept and teachers' sense of teaching efficacy have a significant positive correlation;there is a significant negative correlation between teachers' self-concept and teachers' job burnout,and a significant negative correlation between teachers' sense of teaching efficacy and teachers' job burnout.Teachers with high self-concept and teaching efficacy have a relatively low degree ofjob burnout.Teachers' self-concept and teaching efficacy can vigorously predict the degree of teachers' job burnout.With the enhancement of teachers' sense of teaching efficacy,the degree of job burnout decreased significantly,and that the junior high school English teachers with higher self-concept who show a relatively low degree of job burnout.The limitation of the research is that the sample is small and the sample's distribution is uneven.It is hoped that the large sample data can be used for further verification and analysis in the future research.
