The put-forward of the concept of building a harmonious socialist society makes it a more pressing requirement for middle schools to conduct competence-oriented education. With the rise of the living standard and educational level of the whole society, people are becoming more aware of the importance of mental health for middle school students who are in the adolescent stage. However, the teenage students’ mentality has been stroked and affected in different degrees as a whole result in the sharp changes of social environment, which urges middle school governors to strengthen the education and management of students’mental health.Building middle school students’mentality file, strengthening the effort and education for their mental health and pushing forward the development of competence-oriented education are the guarantee and premise of realizing the development of social harmony and educational progress. To build a complete, systematic and accurate middle school students’mentality file management can provide a professional base for conducting scientific management, offering an effective way for students to gain a clear assessment of them and improve themselves, is helpful to build a stable psychic structure and a correct values and outlooks on life.The research on the basis of previous studies, the Chongqing middle school psychological archives runs the investigation. First of all, through to the Chongqing middle school psychological archives work, teachers construction, operation and other aspects of the investigation and analysis of Chongqing middle school, psychological archives work situation clearly demonstrated, that in body building, teaching situation, operation situation, working effect, has made great achievements, but also exist at the same time some problems, such as:overall starts later, belong to different; shortage of teachers, psychological archives personnel and much less; lack of specification; student evaluation is not high. Secondly, on the Chongqing high school psychological archives on the basis of the existing problems, analysis of the factors that restrict its development, mainly include:leadership, teachers and students of the middle school students’ psychological health education work understanding deviation; lack of normative institutions; the number of teachers and students it is difficult to guarantee the quality to meet the needs for health education; mechanism function there is still great mining space. Finally,greater attention to strength, eliminate recognizing bias; to develop a unified management and security system; improve the working principle and the function of psychological archives; to strengthen teachers team construction, strengthen operation power four respects put forward to improve and strengthen the Chongqing middle school, Psychological Archives standardization operation suggestions.
