The Research Of Changsha Xiangfu Culture Park Sculpture Design

Currently, modern sculpture and abstract art are prevailing in various cities which lead to the disappearance of the uniqueness of each city. Therefore, I want to apply the theories which affect Hunan sculpture culture into the creation of new city sculptures, so that the city sculptures can better inherit and express the city’s cultural characteristics.In this thesis, firstly, I analyzed the present relations of Hunan culture and Changsha city sculpture through extensive publication review. Thus, I came to the conclusion that there is ubiquitous in harmony between city sculpture and planning, theory, design, fabrication and environment. Secondly, I categorized various types of city sculptures and devised many ways to solve the in harmony based on the characteristics of the sculptures. Later, I conducted field investigation. Through photographing, pictures searching, data compilation and analyzing, I obtained much first-hand information about the culture of the Changsha Xingu Cultural Park which lay the foundation for the culture park design..This topic in Changsha Hunan House Cultural Park (every country Zhao hibiscus, Star City, Changsha, Hunan most treasures seventeen four water, hot, the light of science and technology, King wall sculpture) design as the research object, from the culture sets out, combine relevant basic theory knowledge. Shaping a spirit of the times and the characteristics of Hunan culture, complete province has demonstrative sense of cultural city. Therefore, it can fully reflect the provincial government the central area of the region, culture, promote a city grade, promote the construction of Changsha City and its enlightenment on the future design of urban sculpture, and for other city sculpture research provides theoretical reference.
