Born at the beginning of the20thcentury, Zhou Enlai had a great effect on the societyof transition period and had a special relationship with arts and literature. He concentratedon art and literature in his early life and started social enlightenment, then found the proofsbetween them. He expressed his political ideas by creating literature and therefore made apolitical change in creating literature, which eventually became a combination of histhoughts and academy as well as his politics. He achieved the unity of social ideology, which was what major politicians did at that time. But his personality and his managingstyles resulted in his uniqueness of behaviour in ruling. Owing to the respect towards theindividual character of the well-educated people, Zhou Enlaiā€™s art style of democarcybecame an important and legal support for the well-educated people to keep their right forthe literary discourse at that time. In addition, it also helped Zhou Enlai gain the reputationas a beneficial friend in literary and art circles. As the researchers, we should not beblinded for the superficial phenomenon. In an era of pan-politicalization, the ruling isbound to have nothing to do with individuation and privatization, no matter in which waythe ruling appear. At this point, it is the political logic that no one can reverse. Only whenthe real relationship between the artistic literature and Zhou Enlai returns to the originalcondition, can we draw a distinction towards contradiction between the respect tothe independece of the well-educated people and making the thought of great unityin administrative system, and can we creat the multiple situation in our thought andartistic literature as well.
