Zhou Gong, as one of the early Western Zhou Dynasty’s main political figures, his political thougthts of idea of destiny, careful virtue and punishment, learning from the past and select the capable for the government are the formation of the basis and premise of the Western Zhou political thought, and the Western Zhou Dynasty ritual and music civilization is formed on the material and institutional environment of political thought, so it is necessary to discuss the above two.The above discussion is on the premise of analyzing Shang Shu and other original literature, which mainly reflect the political ideology of the Western Zhou Dynasty from the Shang Shu.
