The Catholic Miscellany was one of the most important and influential Catholic Chinese newspapers in the period of the republic of China, and experienced the society change of the early20th century, also recorded the difficult course of Catholic missionary in China. This paper based on the research about several important historical events which published on this magazine in the period of the republic of China, in order to restore the fact of history, and enrich the visualization about the missionary work of Catholic in China during the period from another aspect.
