It is the cognitive premise of the political viewsbetween the monarch and the Republic of scholars.The main part is the third one, including the third chapter and the fourth chapter.It pays more attention on the different schools of the monarch and the Republic ofscholars and the analysis of the basis in their insisting. In the debate, there are disputes and conflicts here and there, but only one point in common,that is, they both think there are defects in the republic system and they agree tochange it.
