From "the Third Department" To "the Article Union"

The Third Department and Article Union were cultural organizations which witnessed the cooperation and struggle between KMT and CPC during Anti-Japanese. The cultural workers in the organizations worked together for China’s anti-invasion war. In the war time, the Third Department and Article Union became a very effective fort that led the cultural direction. So research for them can help us to understand more about the relationshiop of the KMT-CPC and the culture of the Anti-Japan War.This paper consists of seven parts. The first part is an introduction that states why, what and how to study the subject. The second part will show The Third Department how to become the Article Union and the influence by the cooperation of the KMT-CPC. The third part will show how these two organizations to operate during seven years. The forth part will show how the cultual workers to work in the two organizations. The fifth part will show how the CPC to lead the Third Department and Article Union. The sixth part will show analyze and summarize the pact of the two arganizations. The last part is the conclusion of this paper.
