The Intonation Contrast Analysis Between Zhuzhou-accented Mandarin And Standard Mandarin

Because of affected by the local pronounciation, people in the area of Xiang-dialect speak a kind of special mandarin which has some similar features with Xiang-dialect.It embodies those traits in the aspects of initial consonant, compound vowel, tones, and intonations. During those features, the intonation makes ZHUZHOU citizens’mandarin possess distincted locoal pronounciation characteristics,which allow people immediately recognize that the speaker is from Xiang-dialect areas. Scope of this paper is Zhuzhou City,in which people speak Hunan dialect.Hunan dialect is right the object of my study.the way research is the use of experimental phonetics method by comparing the Mandarin Zhuzhou people have said (this paper called Zhuzhou Putonghua) and non-Zhuzhou dialect.Mandarin pronunciation of the Mandarin pronunciation of people have said, the similarities and differences between the tone. Finding similarities and differences between the two kind of mandarin, the main purpose is to help people in hunan pronounce mandarin in an more effective way.In this paper, the voice during the experiment, the extracted parameters include the full domain intonation, sentence starting height, upper and lower limits of the whole sentence position, tone-type end of the sentence, the entire sentence and downs degree, experimental sentence contains four main periods of Chinese type:declarative sentence, imperative sentences, exclamatory, and interrogative, full text is divided into five parts: The first part is the Introduction. This section first reviews the definition of each of the tone, then make this research purpose and meaning, and this account describes the Institute on research methods and theoretical basis for this article. The second part is the experimental design. This section mainly describes the design principles of experimental sentences, pronunciation people how to select, test the sample size, and this voice all the experiment steps.Zhuzhou Mandarin and Standard Mandarin as the study material, take acoustic experiments and comparative analysis method selected Zhuzhou standard Mandarin pronunciation of Mandarin pronunciation and sentence were experimental analysis of experimental data for the pitch.The third part of the first compared with the Zhuzhou dialect Mandarin tone system tone system, then to the four major Chinese sentence:declarative, imperative sentences, exclamatory, and interrogative sentences for the experimental analysis of the tone of the object. This part was extracted with standard Mandarin Mandarin Zhuzhou full intonation domain, upper and lower position, a high percentage of the whole sentence, beginning, end of the sentence-type tone, rolling degree data, and further mapping analysis for each sentence of the extracted data to make a summary.The fourth part is summary and discussion.we have some discussion based on the analysis, and experimental datas.
