The Checks And Annotations On The Bone Label In Changan City Of Han Dynasty

Bone label is one kind of bone piece in some shape and is carved with some words. Because the shape and the words are familiar with tags in some goods in our times, so we call it bone label. To the present, all lots of the bone label we can see were discovered at ChangAn city of XiHan. Some of them came from the ruins of the fourth construct of WuKu. Some of them came from the ruins of WeiYang Palace. The others came from the southwest corner of city wall. The bone label in ChangAn city of Han dynasty’s discovering, have provided us rich data for XiHan dynasty’s historical research. And it keeps the words the men have written at that time, so it also is the important data for philology and words of linguistics research.The bone label of ChangAn city of Han dynasty in this article is a total call. It contains WeiYang Palace bone label in ChangAn city of Han dynasty and WuKu bone label in ChangAn city of Han dynasty. The words information of WeiYang Palace bone label in ChangAn city of Han dynasty was provided in former time. In November1996, the Encyclopedia of China Press published The Archaeological Excavation Report in the Year1980-1989of WeiYang Palace in ChangAn city of Han dynasty. It embodied the information of the bone label of ChangAn city of Han dynasty. In2005, the bone label of WuKu in ChangAn city of Han dynasty’s information was provided. WuKu in ChangAn city of Han dynasty absorbed it and was published by Relic Press. After its publication, scholars made some explanations and annotations to it. This article do the same task but with some different traits. First, the article is on the base of expiations, annotations and checks the scholars have made. Second, it make considerations on The Record of History, The History Book of Han Dynasty and The Post History Book of Han Dynasty of which all recorded the history of XiHan and DongHan dynasty. Third, it absorbs predecessor JiShixian’s research fruit to the YinWanHanJian, JuYanHanJian, EJiNaHanJian and so on of which all are similar with the bone label. Fourth, its purpose is to do good to the deeply and wholly research of bone label.This article can be divided into two parts. Part one is introduction and introduces the situation of excavation, edition and research about bone label in ChangAn city of Han dynasty. Part two make explanations and annotations to the WeiYang Palace bone label in ChangAn city of Han Dynasty and to the WuKu bone label in the city of ChangAn city of Han dynasty.
