Construction Of River Corridor Heritage System In Scenic Area

In recently years, with the deepening.of researches on heritage resource reserve and utilization of rivers like River L(?) and the Grand Canal of China, river corridor heritages are paid more and more attention to. As human’s precious treasure bestowed by nature and history, river corridor heritage resources must be well reserved by humans. River corridor heritage resources located at scenic areas have obvious characteristics, mainly reflected as certain linear scenery, which are typical and comprehensive. It is not only a kind of heritage resource, but also a typical ecological corridor and scenic form, which shapes a unique charm of scenic areas. Considering the particularity of river corridor heritage in scenic areas, the current paper mainly takes System Project Theory and Scenic Ecology Maxim to study the construction and exact connotation of river corridor heritage system in scenic areas in a qualitative way. It analyzes the constitution, values, characteristics and distribution form of river corridor heritages, as well as the principles, aims, contents and exact methods of the construction of river corridor heritage system in scenic areas. The feasibility of the construction of a stone-dam river corridor heritage system on Youshui River, Xiushan County, Chongqing is analyzed.Through the analysis, first we propose a multi-degree structure for river corridor heritage system in scenic areas, which sub-systemizes the heritage system into river corridor, heritage resource, human activity and management system. Second, we propose that the reserve and development with a goal of the sustainable development of river corridor heritages is the heart in constructing the heritage system. This can be realized through the following three patterns:static reserve pattern, dynamic publicity pattern and a static-dynamic heritage development. The static reserve pattern is the basis, while the development pattern has a good influence and promotion on publicity pattern. Third, we hold the essence of river corridor heritage in scenic areas is "culture". Therefore, the reserve, inheritance and development of culture are priorities in the construction of the heritage system. Meanwhile, as an ecological basis of heritage resources, river corridor is also the main carrier, which possesses high ecological effects and tourism development value. This makes it an indispensable part in the heritage system. The reserve of the river corridor should be highly attended during construction to establish a basis for a sustainable development. Furthermore, pay attention to human activities during the construction of the system; establish a public involvement system in order to maintain a successful reserve and dynamic development of river corridor heritage in scenic areas by expending the reserve and inheritance to grass-roots communities; set up a perfect management system; it is also an non-ignorable part in the construction of the heritage system to deploy reasonable management department and specialized team to ensure the long-term development and comprehensive management of river corridor heritage in scenic areas.
